globally to share pictures, experiences and knowledge. The Squirrel Board is a
free, public board with lost of fun and squirrel pictures for everyone!
After registering, please post your experiences and feel free to ask questions that you may need
help with. Pet

friends, post them for others to enjoy. And if anyone has suggestions as to how
we can make this board a better place, feel free to post your

Keep in mind that having a pet squirrel is not
legal in all states. Please post accordingly if you have a
pet squirrel and live in a state that doesn't allow squirrel
ownership or requires a special permit. Also, this is the
Internet and any information that you post is available to the
rest of the world, so you may want to limit defining your
location to approximates. i.e. Southwest US, or Northern
Canada, etc. Please do not use your REAL NAME or your REAL
ADDRESS!
We don't have a lot of rules
so please adhere to the few that we have. Please report spam, threats, abuse, or
inappropriate off-topic posts to “The
Squirrel Board” staff by clicking the “contact” link at the bottom
of the page.
Of all the species of wild animals, none are
more frequently encountered than squirrels.
One of the main differences between squirrels and most other rodents is that
squirrels have a rather large, bushy tail. All squirrels have well-developed jaw
muscles and chisel-like front teeth that can chew through just about anything.
These front teeth are kept sharp by gnawing on hard objects such as woody plant
materials, seeds and nuts. A rodent's front teeth grow constantly, so they must
be filed down or they will grow to the point where they inhibit eating and the
animal will starve.
We hope you, your family and your friends will help us make “The
Squirrel Board” a fun and informative place to visit.
This page will no longer automatically redirect you to The
